The trips on this site are organised and sold by Elimtour – Bekmyrza Abidinov, a local tour operator based in the Kyrgyz Republic. Beka also guides every trip himself.

You write on WhatsApp or by e-mail: which tour, how many of you and when you would like to travel. Nothing is booked at that point.

Beka confirms the dates, the group size and the price per person. You get it in writing, including what is and isn't included.

Once you agree, you pay a deposit: [Beka to add: deposit as a % of the price]. That reserves your dates.

The balance is due [Beka to add: how many days before departure].

Before you fly you receive detailed instructions: a kit list, the address of the first hotel, Beka's phone number and the plan for day one.

All tour prices are set in euros and paid in euros. Czech koruna amounts shown on this site are only an indicative conversion at 25 CZK to the euro; the euro price is always the binding one.

Accommodation, transport, entry fees and the guide are paid in advance as part of the tour price. On the spot you only pay for what isn't included: drinks, souvenirs, tips and optional extras.

The single-room supplement (outside the yurt) is charged in Czech crowns: CZK 7,100.

You can cancel at any time in writing – on WhatsApp or by e-mail. The day we receive your message is what counts.

We recommend travel insurance that also covers cancellation.

Travel insurance isn't included and we strongly recommend it. It has to cover medical expenses and hiking up to 4,000 m above sea level, plus horse riding on the tours that involve horses; cancellation cover is worth having too.

Elimtour is a Kyrgyz tour operator, not a Czech travel agency under Czech Act No. 159/1999 Coll. We therefore carry no Czech insolvency insurance and issue no Czech travel contract; your payments and deposit are governed by the Payment and Cancellation sections above. We would rather you read that here than find out after paying.

There are no hospitals or pharmacies in the mountains. Bring your own medication, and tell us about any health conditions or allergies when you enquire.

There is not a single form on this site that submits or stores anything. The buttons simply open WhatsApp (or your mail app) with a pre-filled message you can edit or delete before sending.

We communicate over WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and e-mail. The details you send us – name, phone number, dates and number of people – are used only to arrange and run your trip: booking the accommodation and, for Kel-Suu, the border-zone permit, which requires a copy of your passport.

We pass them on to no one else, apart from the hotels, drivers and authorities without whom the trip could not happen.

We measure traffic without cookies, using anonymous statistics (Vercel Analytics / Cloudflare Web Analytics). We store no tracking files on your device and use no advertising networks.

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it – just write to the e-mail below. We will delete the WhatsApp conversation on request.
